Emily really lived up to the shop’s name! She truly made my hair beautiful. She is incredibly easy to talk to and listened to what I was looking for. The color was spot on to what I was hoping for and the cut was beyond perfect for my vision. I received so many compliments but most importantly felt great walking out of there! I walked in ready for drastic changes, and could have never been in safer hands!! I got half my hair length chopped off, partial highlights, hydrating treatment to repair the pandemic-neglected lama hair, and a style….all beautifully executed. Emily is patient, asked questions to make sure I was receiving all as I envisioned, took her time, did not rush, and followed Covid guidelines, giving me the right amount of comfort, after not setting foot in a salon since the initial pandemic closures. She explained why the overall process was taking long and apologized for it, when I didn’t even feel it was taking long at all. This might have been partly a result from my high comfort level and great conversation held throughout.If you’ve been looking for a sign to rock a new style and a color you’ve always wanted, please give Emily a chance. I did and I am absolutely thrilled. After a 20-year relationship with the same hairdresser, I though it would be hard and take a long time to find a replacement…..nope, call it luck, but I found my new hairdresser, and the best I could have possibly found. Emily is an ANGEL. She has saved my hair from the brink of tragic. She personalized my color by hand so that my bayalage is so unique to me. She is friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and just a delightful hair dresser. She really listens and tailors the style to what you need. If you’re unsure, she has amazing advice and I trust her judgement when I ask “What do you think would look best?”. Great deals and pricing for the top notch service. Very professional space but also intimate and cozy. She has experience with all hair types, I’ve never had anyone understand my thick coarse wavy hair more than her. She always has amazing recommendations for products that work for your needs and specificities without trying to push unnecessary expensive products down your throat like A LOT of hair dressers do. I think its awesome she branched out to do to things her way, I gotta respect an independent woman running her own business. If you want high quality salon service for wallet-friendly pricing, Emily is your girl!
