Critical: QualityI HAD long hair down to my mid-back. I must’ve said 6 times, “just a trim. I want to keep the length” When she began she showed me about an inch was what would be cut off. I agreed. She then cut layers into 3/4 of my hair, 8” shorter than the length. I had to pay another hairdresser to then cut the rest of the length off it looked so stupid.
