Very satisfied! My mom and sister love this place so I decided to give it a try to get my hair permed. I can see why they love it because everyone is super nice and genuine. They really listen to what you want but also give you their professional opinion but aren’t pushy about it; it’s very helpful. I was worried about my hair being too curly but Jam walked me through everything and reassured me that he knew what I wanted and it won’t come out that way. He was right! It was exactly what I wanted and I’m super happy with my hair! I’ll be coming here from now.

Was not pleased with my hair color at all. It was a 5 hour process when it was supposed to be a 2 hour process. I had several people working on my hair because it was so busy. On the left is what I asked for and on the right is what I received! Will not be going back Hair coloring

I walked out of this place today without service. I booked an online appointment for 12:30pm.i walked in early at 12:15 and Jam non chalantly asks me to come back at 12:40 and to go shopping. Ater asking for his opinion He said my hair was too short for balyage although I already had one growing out and wanted a touch up. I settled on a just getting haircut but when I came back the lady he instructed to wash my hair was dying two other customer’s hair and he walked out of the salon.i waited until 1pm and walked out. As I’m walking out I bumped into him when he then offered to do it ? Why not wash my hair to begin with? Is this their way of turning away customers?
