Jillian does a phenomenal job with color and highlights, but SHE CAN’T CUT HAIR. I made the mistake, during my 2nd visit to this salon, of showing her a photo and asking, “can you make my hair look like this?”. Jillian assured me she could. I had a wedding to attend– new dress, new look. So, needless to say I was downright furious when I returned home because my hair had been BUTCHERED. The cut was much shorter than requested and it looked absolutely NOTHING like the photo I presented. Not to mention, I am still finding long strands of hair that were missed altogether! I’m sorry, but Jillian will NEVER cut my hair again!!! Does this “cut” look remotely close to the photo? Uh, NO!!! My hair has never looked so horrible in my life!

Jillian has taken care of my hair for a good while now! Any challenge I give her whether it’s correcting me from box dying my hair pink, cutting my own hair, or even switching between bright blonde and dark brown with the seasons, Jill ALWAYS fixes my hair problems I created. Jillian is always upfront and honest with me. She tells me how the process will work and works to make sure she’s giving me the best hair possible even when I truly make it a challenge for her. Anyone who goes to Jillian would be satisfied with the results because she will go above and beyond to make her clients happy. Jillian is a hard worker and she’s a blessing in my life! I 10/10 recommend booking with Jill!!!

This was my first professional haircut since the pandemic started two years ago- I already have great anxiety around haircuts but I was especially nervous because my hair was not in great shape and I’ve had a bad history with hair stylists before. I met with Logan and explained that to her and she was SO sweet and understanding and made sure to let me know what she was doing and she listened to me and answered my questions. She was wonderful and my hair (and confidence) feel so much better. Don’t think I’ll go anywhere else but here from now on!
