Tom does great hair! Not only does he use good products like olaplex, he listens to what the customer wants and does great blonde. He also does not oversell you, which frustrates me when people do that. I’m picky of who touches my hair, as I’ve had bad experiences with gel hair previously and he makes sure to be careful. Try him!
