Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad a horrible experience!! Myself & another girl went in for blonde highlights with Penelope NOT WHAT WE GOT!! Penelope talked way to much instead of trying to do her job & getting us the results we asked for! After being there for four hours & our hair not turning out with the highlights we went in for, she had to end up coloring the other girls hair dark brown to cover up the red-copper color that she could not fix. Had a horrible experience!! Myself & another girl went in for blonde highlights with Penelope NOT WHAT WE GOT!! Penelope talked way to much instead of trying to do her job & getting us the results we asked for!
