The service was amazing I felt comfortable and she was so confident, and knew what she was doing she worked with me on getting as much hair so I can donate and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. She was the most patient and kind woman I’ve ever had doing my hair. She performed a real miracle and worked with me so well. My hair was completely matted and there was a part I was convinced that would have to be cut out. She was able to get it out and save my hair! Booked online yesterday and received a confirmation shortly after. The web page I got directed to from that confirmation EXPLICITLY stated my appointment was confirmed. I showed up for it, only to find the door locked; no one answered when I knocked multiple times. Come to find out, there was a button I had to click to reconfirm the appointment on an email they sent me 1hr before the appointment. After I’d already received a confirmation.

She always finds time to fit me in with little notice sometimes due to my schedule. Easy user friendly website to book appointments that send text reminders of the appointment. Her salon is set up for privacy and relaxation. She has gifted hands and I do not trust my daughters hair or my hair in anyone else’s hands.
