It’s difficult to find a hair stylist who can cut short hair expertly every single time but I found Kim. I never leave disappointed as she skillfully cuts my short hair. I appreciate how she takes her time and while there she makes me feel as though I’m her only client for the day even though she has a full schedule. Give Kim a try. You won’t be disappointed!

My stylist, Krista, has been styling and coloring my hair for many years now. She is so talented that I have had her in my life for at least 20 years. That has to say something about her talent since I am very picky about allowing someone to work on my hair. Krista is a whiz with color and color correction. She always is open to try something new and does not hesitate to give me her honest opinion about my ideas relative my hair. I respect her opinion and have always been completely satisfied with the final results.

Took one experience for me to never try with this place again. I had made an appointment for two people under THE SAME phone number and credit card information. They have a 24 cancellation policy as most places do, however I called 30 hours before my appointment to cancel last minute after dealing with the loss of a family member. I spoke to someone on the phone and made it very clear I had an appointment for two people under the same information. I was under the impression it was all under one name since it was all under my credit card. After I canceled I got charged $80 on my card for a “no show”. After I called and explained to them that I did call over 24 hours in advanced and they can check their call logs they insisted that because it was an appointment for two people it didn’t “qualify” as a proper form of a cancellation. I continued to press the situation and they eventually told me I could expect a refund in about 3-5 business. However almost three weeks later with no refund I called again and spoke to the manger about my refund and he quickly brushed me off and told me I was refunded the same day and to check it up with my bank. I’m sorry but refunds almost never process the same day so I knew off the rip it was a lie. I called my bank and had them check my statements and it turns out they actually charged me the $80, refunded me then took the $80 back. I could not believe it. I had to go as far as to make a fraudulent transaction report just to get my money back. Sad.
