I can’t say enough about this salon and all of the talented ladies who work here. This salon is by far my favorite ! I have been coming here religiously for several years for weekly blow outs and hairdos for special occasions. The customer service is incredible and Crystal has gone above and beyond during COVID to make sure that all the salon procedures (from temperature checks to nonstop cleaning) make your salon experience not only fantastic but also very safe. Shout out to Adria for being my incredible stylist throughout the years and providing me amazing color, cuts and blowouts !! All the ladies here are incredible, you can’t go wrong with anyone. Audrianna was horrible. She put my sister down with passive aggressive jokes and sarcasm for wanting to dye her black hair blonde (yes I know that’s a long journey) made her feel super insecure. Then she went in the back and posted a rude sarcastic meme on the social media talking about someone’s vibe. I’m literally sitting in her chair witnessing all of this. I should have knew this was the sign. Needless to say she did blonde in my hair after I said “no blonde” and you guys, it was bad. I went to New York 3 hours later to get it corrected. I’m not joking.

Before I found Hair Ambition I changed hair salons every two years. I’ve been going to Hair Ambition for close to 10 years now! All the girls are great and it’s a very friendly environment! Crystal has given me many different looks from chopping my hair down to a bob to managing it while I’m growing it out and customizing extensions to match my hair color. And when I don’t know what change I feel like making I have 100% trust and confidence to leave it in her hands. My favorite and most complimented look are my purple highlights! I highly recommend Hair Ambition and all the girls hands down!

I’m so glad I found this salon, which happens to be right around the corner from my apartment. Crystal and the rest of the staff are so warm and welcoming. She was so confident with my hair, which I’ve had issues with previously at other salons. She is very outgoing, down to earth, and a delight to speak with! The vibe amongst the staff was very friendly and laid back. The salon itself is beautiful, warm and clean. Best curly cut I’ve had in years!!
