I just moved from New Jersey to Hedgesville W.V. I was a member of Hair Club for 24 years. This area does not have such centers in the immediate area. Anywhere from 1 to 2 hours away. This center was the closest and best match i could find to move on from hair club.I first became affiliated during a google search. After reading up on the website I decided to call. That’s when I spoke with Missy. After she explained everything in detail I knew I was headed in the right direction. Fast forward I finally met her for a consultation. The atmosphere of the center and the staff is very welcoming for sure. I just had my first appointment and Missy was absolutely AMAZING and cannot begin to explain my complete satisfaction with this center! I absolutely and highly recommend the staff and the center and cannot thank Missy enough for EVERYTHING that she has done for me! That’s why they are receiving my well deserved 5 star review!

Critical: ProfessionalismMy mother in law purchased a wig from here as she’s done for many years. They ordered the wrong color and are now refusing to take it back or give her money back stating due to covid they can’t. First of all it is shameful to use covid as an excuse. Senond that is not the “law” as they state. I will be reporting them to the BBB and calling the AG’s office.
