I went in for a consult without an appointment. The stylist Kathy took the time to address my concerns with my relentless growth of white hair I’ve been battling for almost 10 years now. Even though I just walked in off the street I was lucky enough that Kathy had a cancel and she took me on the spot! She did a great job, set me up for natural growth of my grey and blended it in beautiful. And love the haircut. It looks great. Thank you Kathy! I feel so much better now

Absolutely terrible service. I came in a week and a half ago to color my hair and was told maintenance would be every 5 weeks. It faded in 1 week!! I used color safe shampoo & conditioner, the exact brand of Paul Mitchel that they recommended. They will not fix the issue without charging me because their policy only covers issues in the 1st week.
