Love! They are amazing here. I called 15 mins before closing incredibly upset. I had gotten a terrible haircut from someone else. I as desperately looking for someone to fix it. They were incredibly understanding and kind. I got the first appointment the very next day with Victoria. She is just amazing. We discussed what I wanted, how to fix it, and what can cannot be done depending on things (how I part my hir, the effort it would require for different styles, and the kind of hair I have). She fixed it and it’s even better than I hoped. She even does color. Her quote was better than most. I cannot wait to go back. Definitely give them a try. I’ll be referring everyone I know. The prices and service is the best I’ve found in years!

Critical: Quality, ValueI asked for one a level 10 with subtle low lights. I ended up with almost brown hair on one side and blonde on the other. They re did it. However my hair is still darker than when I went into the salon.they also made my hair a lot shorter when I asked for an inch cut off. I’m shocked I spent over 200 for them to mess my hair up. I recently went in with a specific haircut in mind and Samantha gave me some very honest feedback on how that would look for my hair and set expectations that I would need to style my hair everyday to look like the picture I showed her. I appreciated this because I am not the type of girl to get up early to style my hair everyday. Instead we went with a different cut better suited for my hair and it looked amazing! I just moved to San Antonio and was really nervous about finding a new hair stylist. I was blown away by my experience at Hair Affairs. My stylist was Tanya and she was so sweet and did a great job highlighting my hair. The blowout that she did was perfect. I highly recommend her and this salon! There was plenty of parking and it didn’t feel like the typical salon where they are trying to get you in and out quickly. Tanya spent time with me and was truly a nice person!

I decided to try out Hair Affairs for the first time, base on the good reviews. I was not disappointed. Samantha cut my hair and did a wonderful job.
