Upon immediately entering the salon, you are greeted with a wonderful feeling of calmness and a truly relaxing feel. My stylist is Elise Thompson and she is incredible. Everyone is friendly, but after receiving the last in a line of uneven and highly disappointing hair cuts from Sylvia – after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time – I will not return. Quality I would expect from a student, not a professional. Perhaps they do a better job on longer hair, but if you are looking for consistently decent service I would recommend you go elsewhere.
