My hair length was to the top if the salon chair. Four years of growth chopped. One side shorter than the other. Blunt not layered. Have had Curtis cutting my hair since 2012. I kept saying ” leave my lenght”. The top so short it stands up! Too short for extensions to hide this cruel joke. Devastated….. Cannot fix what is gone. No cute messy bun. Cannot even pin it up to hide it. No to photo, however sent them to him.

The hair stylist did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and gave me a discount as well, he listened to exactly what I wanted and told me exactly what he would do with my hair. I got my hair dyed blonde and it wasn’t damaged at all! They use very good highlight that doesn’t damage hair, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Best salon I have ever been to

Curtis saw me the same day as I called. I had a very bad experience w/ a lady who shaved the underside of my head wrong. Curtis was very careful and told me his every move before he did it lol he has a great vibe @ his place. The music was a nice touch!

I just began work here 2 weeks ago. I have seen some beautiful hair and nails come out of this salon. Terry cut my husbands very curly hair better than anyone else has. The new location is gorgeous too!

The staff here is so amazing!! The stylist who cut my hair was absolutely wonderful and did really good at listening to what exactly I preferred, especially when it comes to bangs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent customer service and fantastic end results. Terry Roberts is so kind and deserves more than 5 stars in my book!

My mother had made an appointment for my little sister to get her hair done as a reward for her immaculate grades and good behavior (so it was a big deal). She made the appointment for the second time 3 weeks out. The first appointment months before this Terry cancelled due to his dog being sick. Which is totally understandable especially for someone like my mom whose dog is her everything. However, the second appointment was suppose to be today and he cancelled on her, again, saying again that his dog was “sick”. My sister’s heart was broken and my mother is extremely disappointed. This was a really big deal for them both and I am beyond upset that this is how new customers are treated. If you’re going to cancel, at least make a new appointment? Which he failed tremendously to do. He said “maybe” to rescheduling. He was completely unprofessional and insulting to deal with. I am upset my sweet mother even had to deal with this today and would not recommend going to Terry unless you’re already a customer or someone of great importance that “matters”. I would give this zero stars if it were possible. Good luck.
