Tried to use this business. Arrived for our appointments, NEVER we were greeted, never acknowledged, never told “I’ll be right with you”. Absolutely ignored while stylist and supplier went round and round in the same conversation about products. Heavy smoke smell and some guy was passed out on the couch in the corner . Weird atmosphere.

Called to set up a appointment, was told they had a opening at 5, showed up at 4:50 doors were already locked and no one was to be found. Did not get my hair cut, and I will never get my hair cut from there if that’s how they want to treat people.
