Just got a fade here and they ruined my hair. I have to call into work today so I can get it fixed. I knew I shouldnt have paid for it. Thank you oh so very much Jane. If you cant do a fade thats cool inform your customer you cant do it and let someone else. But dont go ahead and try it anyways. I have to live with this on my head. I already posted the photos on fb and it already has 100+ comments. They arent ever going there.

I have had my hair cut and eye brows done here 3 times now. We only moved here less than a year ago and it’s the first and only place we’ve gone because we are just soo happy with their work. My hair stylist (please forgive me I have a neurological disease that effects my memory so I keep forgetting her name) does exactly what I ask her to do instead of some past experiences I’ve had at other places where they kinda give you what they want to do with your hair. And mine is very important to me because the meds I take sometimes make it so brittle that I go through times where I just start loosing my hair so have to cut it short so it at least looks somewhat healthy. As for the eye brow waxing, she only has to do it onc ripp for each brow. Ive had stylists who have done 3 x on one brow and caused skin to come off with the hair so yeah I live my hair dresser/waxer.❤

I have very thick hair and they do not know how to work with it. Asked for a very simple thin and a 1 inch trim and instead of doing what I asked, they took 5 inches off and didn’t thin it at all.
