When I tried to send photos and get a refund for my nails I was hung up on twice. I have file with the police department, BBB, and also the board of cosmetology today. I am so in love with my nails. Me and my mom came yesterday. They were nice, and took their times. They were not rushing. We both got full sets and pedicures ($201). I got hot pink with one white nail with pink hearts for Valentine’s day (coffin medium set). My mother got ombre nails (short set). We both got the number 2 pedicure, and we both got white on our toes. Our pedicures were amazing. We both had a good experience, and left happy. Definitely will be back.

Hi, I have been here in Tracy for a year now so I thought I would go get my nails done with my daughter. Went to Hailey Nails and the girl Tiffany is extremely rude, if she is having a bad day she will take it out on you. she rushes, she makes rude comments. They never have any new colors and they cannot do designs and she gets angry if you ask for them. My daughter got a pedicure and they rushed her out so fast for the amount of $50 for a pedicure you should not be rushed out of there. They did a terrible job and we’re extremely rude I couldn’t believe the service here. This place is a nightmare don’t go there

I went for french manicure. I called before using the service, she said $25 and up but she charged me $35. I asked her how long it will stay she said 2 weeks. But my nails started chipping off in 2 days. Poor quality service. Manicure

Critical: Quality, ValueI am highly disappointed with the pedicure I received. I paid for the higher quality pedicure, but it only lasted 10 minutes and was not nearly worth the price. Then I had them add gel polish. The first individual painting my nails did a horrible job. She left whole sections of the toes without polish, left bubbles of paint from not brushing the paint to the end of the toe, and had paint covering all of the cuticles because she did not remove the cuticles like she was supposed to. After her “fixing” them, they looked worse than they did the first time. She then had a second lady take over. She could not grasp that there were clear impurities because they had been painted over 8 or 9 times at this point. I finally told her to remove the polish completely and I would have them painted elsewhere. This is by far the worst pedicure I have received in my life.I am highly disappointed with the pedicure I received. My favorite nail salon! I had my first acrylics here for prom and they looked amazing. When I went back, I got even better results for the next set I got. Great prices and the experience here has always been great, relaxing and peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great pamper day and well executed nail designs!

I am absolutely obsessed with Hailey nail and spa! I have been going here for the last two or three years. I normally get a set of nails put on and I always have Tiffany do them and as long as I don’t decide to do my nails too long like I normally do they last 4 weeks before I have to go back and get a fill! I would not choose any other place besides here. I have tried almost every single place in Tracy and this is my favorite !!

I wasn’t satisfied at all with how the nails were done. I get regular mani pedis every now and then but this time I was in Tracy for a party on 02/17/2018 and spotted Haileys Nail Salon. The lady did half of my pedicure and went to finish another clients pedicure and when she came back after 10minutes, she finished my pedi super fast. The second lady did my manicure and I told her I have a lot of cuticles that need to be removed and she just did it quick. Now I am looking at my cuticles while typing and it’s grossing me out. The two stars are only because they were friendly. Waste of my time and $30, could have done a better job at home.
