I had a terrible experience at Hair Cuttery(bad decision, I know) on the day of my 21st birthday party. It was 4:30pm and they couldn’t do the style I wanted. I called Haile Village and made a desperate plea to see if they could fit me in to do two simple Dutch braids, and they said absolutely! They were so helpful and nice and overall saved my birthday! If I wasn’t moving, I’d be going back again and again. Highly recommend, and I will tell all my sorority sisters to go here!

I had a lovely, relaxing experience treating myself to a haircut by Shontae, who I wish I had met and gone to sooner. I love my new haircut! I also got a facial, eyebrows waxed, and a massage. Both ladies were attentive and listened to my concerns/comments. I am moving away, so again, I wish I had gone sooner and more regularly. If you want to have a you day or girls day, this is the perfect place to go.

I had been traveling to Mount Dora each time I needed a haircut, as I was nervous to change stylists. I booked an appointment with Melissa and was extremely impressed and satisfied with her service. She was very understanding of my reluctancy to have my hair cut by someone new and explained everything she was doing in detail. The results were fantastic and I will certainly be coming back to see her again. The Spa is beautiful and welcoming, as is the staff.

I came to Haile Salon for the first time after I had a really bad haircut from another salon. I requested the appointment with Michelle because she was highly recommended by a customer at the Yelp site. I am glad that I followed that recommendation. Michelle did an excellent cut for my hair, and the best styling I’ve had in a long time. Plus, she is very friendly and she made me feel very comfortable. Also, the Aveda products she used are of a high quality. I will definitely continue getting my hair done by Michelle at the Haile Salon.
