I recommend every guy I know to her and they always leave happy with the exact cut they asked for. Critical: ProfessionalismSo yesterday I went to a hair stylist in the area. I just moved here so I don’t have any family here but yesterday I was finally able to get a appointment. I was messaging her the night before showing her pictures and she told me she could do what I showed her. She told me 10am the next morning and I confirmed it. Then the next morning she messaged me asking for 10:30 and I say that’s fine. I get there 10 min early and she had someone in the chair before me almost done getting foiled. I was fine with waiting. I sit in the chair at 11 and tell her I was indecisive and we then agreed back on the original picture. She started putting foil on me and then I go sit down and wait and she had someone else come in right when I was getting ready to sit down. I sat with bleach on my head for an hour. I finally get back to the sink to rinse off and she starts yanking the foil out of my hair and turns on the water. She doesn’t even test it out and quickly starts washing it with ice cold water then it gets very hot and was so rough on my head. Takes me back to chair and gets a phone call from a man and she obviously didn’t like it ans hangs up. She then proceeded to stop working on my hair and texts this person I assume for very long periods of time. While she was brushing my hair some of my hair was flying off the brush I assume from the bleach being on my hair to long. She doesn’t say anything. Blow drys it and send me on my way. I was there from 10:30-3 Doesn’t even take a picture. I assume it’s because she saw the mistake she made and didn’t want to fix it. I then start looking at it more this morning after my shower and with it being straight. Noticed the mistake myself and simply messaged her “ hey girl I wa looking at my hair and saw these spots “ and send pictures. She read the messages and didn’t respond. I waiting an hour and no response so I assumed she didn’t care to want to fix it so I send a request for a refund on Venmo. Waited another 2 hours and messaged her again and said I sent the request. She then says she was sleeping and that she would fix it. My question is would you go back to such a unprofessional person? I then told her I don’t ever have a babysitter since my husband works so much and I don’t have family her to watch her. I told her I send that message earlier this morning to try to get it fixed this morning while my husband was still asleep before he got up to work on side jobs for the day. She said she would fix it during the week and if I needed to I could bring my daughter. My daughter isn’t even 2 years old and would be all over the place and doesn’t need to be smellling all this stuff.
