Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in to get my hair cut and styled on my wedding day. I had an appointment with Braeden at noon. Braeden never showed up to cut my hair and I was getting married in 4 hours. This is no fault to Hai as Braden isn’t employed by Hai and only uses his facility. Hai told me that he was very sorry and cut my hair instead at no charge. Hai was kind and I thank him for turning what could have been a very unfortunate expierence into an awesome one! I came in to get my hair cut and styled on my wedding day. I had an appointment with Braeden at noon. Braeden never showed up to cut my hair and I was getting married in 4 hours. This is no fault to Hai as Braden isn’t employed by Hai and only uses his facility. Hai told me that he was very sorry and cut my hair instead at no charge. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I went there with my girlfriend expecting to be bored out of my mind for the 3 hrs we were there, but once Hai started working on my girlfriends hair, I immediately realized I was wrong. Hai’s display of skills and years of experience was surprisingly hypnotizing. Not only is Hai very skilled, but he is very fast! It’s hard to find a stylist that is as skilled and as fast as Hai is without sacrificing quality. I have been to many salons and I have never experienced a salon as professional as Hai Salon. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I went there with my girlfriend expecting to be bored out of my mind for the 3 hrs we were there, but once Hai started working on my girlfriends hair, I immediately realized I was wrong. Hai’s display of skills and years of experience was surprisingly hypnotizing. Not only is Hai very skilled, but he is very fast! After livining in a few other places I have yet to find anyone as skilled as he is.
