Hai Ling Massage Spa

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI will not be returning here. The reason I gave two stars is because the price is reasonable. They only accept cash and are very unprofessional. I knew it would probably be a traditional massage as I recently went to a Korean spa and noticed the differences between the chains and other spas (which I enjoyed a lot). This location is very dirty and messy. She speaks little English which is normal however she was the only one there (when I went) and so communicating was difficult. Especially when it was too hard or hurting too much. The massage was pretty miserable and she only did the back and shoulders mainly. The rooms are just curtains and there was no air conditioning so it was very hot and uncomfortable. I NEVER leave negative reviews and I feel bad about doing that to a small business but it truly was a bad experience at then end I gave her 15% tip which she was very rude about- I usually give other places 30% but I really did not have a good experience.
