I always go to Crystal to get my nails done, and she’s the absolute best! I always love my nails after Crystal does them and she always guides me in the right direction if I can’t pick a color. Overall the salon is super clean and Lisa the owner is super sweet and helpful when booking appointments! I have been going to this nail salon for several years and have never been disappointed! This place is amazing. Probably the best nail salon I have ever been. Super clean, friendly and professional staff. I can’t emphasize how clean and meticulous the owner Lisa is about the space. The nail techs listen to what you want and execution is near perfection. I had the dip powder but like the natural look so they made them thin enough to look just like polish but thick enough that they lasted almost 3 weeks without breaking, cracking or lifting.

I am of non-white color and have been there for waxing and nails. I used to tip the assistants very generously too. More I went the more I started noticing the owner and front desk person were biased and disrespectful to me. I go to massages and beauty services to relax and not worry about being treated like a second class citizen. I spend that money somewhere nicer.

Had not been to the salon since Covid. Called ahead about 40 min. before my desired appt. time, they were able to schedule me for one 15 min. after the time I had desired, not a problem. Upon arriving on time, I waited over 10 min. only to find out that I needed to wait another 15 more before they could even start on my nails. I ended up having to leave because I did not have the time to wait an additional half hour to get my nails done. With all the access they have to our phone numbers and email addresses, I feel they should let you know if your appointment is going to be delayed by that amount of time. It was a waste of my lunch break.

Hahna is absolutely the best! I have been going here for a few years and have always had a wonderful experience. It’s extremely clean and the staff and owner always provide wonderful service. The gel pedicures last for several weeks (sometimes months) without chipping. I normally get the spa pedicure. My daughter has been a few times for the lil diva pedicure and nails. I can’t recommend them enough.
