Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI initially wrote them an “okay reviews with 3stars” but I have to take that back. First she Wasn’t straight up with the pricing, next she did 4 twists and threatened to cut them short because she changed the pricing she gave me over the phone and wouldn’t be straight forward about how much cash to bring. I told her to not cut them or stop braiding so I can go home. She became really sweet and said she’d do it. But went ahead to braid the length I said I did not want. She also insisted and forcefully used heat on my hair even though I said I didn’t want that.Then she Stopped intermittently to do other things, attempt other people’s hair etc. I spent 4- 5 hours it shouldn’t be for twists. My braids looked uneven and generally poorly done.Now only 3days after fresh passion twists that usually last months, the braids are slipping off, and hair sticking out just looking like a disaster.Overall, I am unsatisfied.
