I’m glad I was able to schedule the appointment 24 hours in advance and my braids came out nice. However, I wouldn’t go back because the place was dirty and the braids were too tight even though I indicated this several times while sitting in the chair, so it caused too much tension and breakage on my natural hair. By the time I took the braids out, my hair was not in the best shape. Including a picture of the braids to show the results.

Not a good place to go if u have dreadlocks , they do NOT know anything about locks. I went there and asked for two strand twist the lady didn’t know what it was so she had to get someone else to SHOW her how to do it . Half of my hair is loose like it’s been done a week ago and it was just done today, half of them didn’t have rubber bands on them , after my hair was done it look like a 12 year old did my hair, to make it worst the lady tired to charge me $70 for two strand twist when she didn’t know what they were, so now I have to go to another show so it can be taken down and redone again. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IF U HAVE LOCKS U WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe worst I’ve seen thus far. I asked for passion twist by showing them a picture. I was instructed to go purchase hair at a local beauty shop. When my hair was done it looked more like kinky twist and not passion twist. I excepted it at first. The SAME NIGHT 20 braids came out. I went in for them to fix and was told she explained to me it wouldn’t last. I was told it would last 3 wks not 3 hours. The worst I’ve seen thus far. I asked for passion twist by showing them a picture. I was instructed to go purchase hair at a local beauty shop. First things first she is one of the best hair braiders I have ever been to. Very neat. Very fast, head hurt but I am also very very tender headed. She was patient with me, the owner and her assistant no matter how much I squirmed in my seat. . I saw this lady transform my hair as well as 3 other young ladies while I was there no breaks!! I called them at the last minute and they took me at 6 pm on a Friday night. I’m tender-headed and particular about people doing my hair. My hair isn’t tight and it’s cute! AND they fast. I was getting in my car at 9:30 after getting individual braids. ONLY ONE BRAIDER!

I had a terrible experience here. The two Nigerian ladies that does hair here where rude and made bias views and derogatory comments about African-Americans. One was discussing a previous conflict she had with an African-American woman and bragged that during their argument she had told the African-American women that she and other African-American are slaves and have no native home to go to. These ladies totally ignored that me myself and other African-American women were in the room. Not to mention, we also were receiving hair services from them. The lady doing my hair finished only half of my head and told me she couldn’t complete it because there was not enough hair. I asked her if she had enough hair before and while she did my hair. My God, then she asked for the $100 service she charged for a completed hairdo and told me to come back with more hair the next day. I paid her and of course I never returned. The women that work at this shop are unprofessional, nasty, and have no work ethics. Their salon was filthy and dirty. It is apparent that the only thing their interested in is money and not customer satisfaction or appreciation. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Hair didn’t last 24hrs waste of time and money. For $100 for jumbo lemonade braids highly don’t recommend. Also she used the cheapest hair you can find.
