Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBEST salon experience of my life. No exaggeration. I walked in, no appointment, with a nasty, horribly splotchy, damaged mess of a head of hair. I needed serious color correction. 10 hours later I walked out with a GORGEOUS and perfectly even dusty rose color. Not to mention it feels a thousand times healthier!! It is SO worth the price here, and you’re hearing that from a college student. They gave me a free dinner and snacks, gave me multiple aftercare products after doing 3 or 4 repairing treatments during the service, and gave me a blowout and style even at 2am after 9 hours of coloring!!! This place is impeccable, from the customer service, to the quality of products, to the patience and dedication of the incredible stylists. Everyone was so kind and the stylist was so gentle and thorough. Also, you get to watch movies while you get your hair done! My colorist is truly the Guy Tang of Rochester Minnesota, she did a beyond amazing job. BEST salon experience of my life. No exaggeration. I walked in, no appointment, with a nasty, horribly splotchy, damaged mess of a head of hair.
