I had a really hard time with retention when I first came to Jen. I was doing Classics and they just were not working for me so Jen convinced me to come to the dark side of Volume and I never looked back! She was so accommodating and gave me a full volume set for practically nothing. She was so determined to fix it and make things right. She will definitely do anything for her customers!
