Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for my niece with Arthrogryposis. Shes able to sit up for the hair dresser to do her hair but when we got there she immediately said she couldnt do it because her hair is to short and shes in a wheelchair, which shes also able to move into the bradding chair! I made an appointment for my niece with Arthrogryposis. Shes able to sit up for the hair dresser to do her hair but when we got there she immediately said she couldnt do it because her hair is to short and shes in a wheelchair, which shes also able to move into the bradding chair! Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got Senegalese twists. They did an amazing job. Very neat and clean. They made sure to trim each individual twist and never complained about how thick my hair was (hella thick) very pleased and will be back for more.Services: Braids, Box Braids

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHabibata called me the night before to make sure I was still coming & gone be on time I get there she wasn’t there my appointment was at 7 I had to wait on her til she got there at 7:30. Dirty she killled at least 3 bugs, she talked on her phone basically the ENTIRE time & not to clients these was personal calls like it was terrible she kept getting on her phone. Then she beat her son literally right beside me I understand it’s her place of business but she was close to hitting me not to mention my head was looking up at the ceiling the whole 9 hours getting my hair done when I tell you my neck & shoulders hurt so bad I’m in pain. Habibata called me the night before to make sure I was still coming & gone be on time I get there she wasn’t there my appointment was at 7 I had to wait on her til she got there at 7:30.
