I dont know what happened to this place. It used to be the best in town. The service was unprofessional, they came off like we were a burden even though I called ahead and they gave us the time to come in. We had to wait one by one to have pedicures done; there were three of us. My toes look unfinished and the girl who did my pedicure didnt even put base coat on my whole nail, she wasnt adjusting my toes to paint them thoroughly. They burned my aunt and myself; the pedicure water was so hot. The man who did my mom and aunt’s feet, didn’t wear gloves; and he burned my aunt’s nails with the efile. And the worst part, the pedicures were about 7 min long . Unprofessional, rushed, and disappointing. Paid $45 a piece for 5 dollars worth of service.

I went there on Tuesday to get new color done and got matte finish had the older lady do my nails. She rushed and when I got home and showered I realized that there was a bubble in my nail polish and after a shower it was filled with water and it came off which is gel matte. If I could give 0 stars I would. My whole experience made sure that I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to ever go here. Firstly, when I called to make an appointment I stated I wanted dip powder nails done even though I have gel acrylics on. Lady on the phone said no problem with that. But when I get there she asks what I want done and I say dip powder. She sees that I have gel nails on and says “no no you have to get gel. Dip doesn’t last long enough”. So I was already upset about how I couldn’t get what I wanted. Secondly, My friend came with me and asked if she could do a walk in for her fill. Lady said no we have appointments coming in, so okay that’s fine. But when someone walks in 15 minutes later for a walk in and the lady says sure we’ll take you, then yeah that’s messed up. She made the woman wait but I know she was only making her wait until we left and it was obvious. Thirdly, my nails were done in less than 25 minutes. They were obviously rushed and look horrible. She made one of my fingers bleed and didn’t even stop. All of my nails are crooked, theres bubbles in the polish, they aren’t shaped the way I wanted them and overall look sloppily done. I’ll be going to a different salon tomorrow to get them fixed but I shouldn’t have to do that when I just paid to get them done today. It’s either keep sloppy looking nails for a few weeks or pay extra to get them fixed asap. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Take your hard earned money somewhere that will actually do them properly.

Great experience every time I’ve come here. She has done my acrylics/fills and I’m always very happy with the result. She took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted when I brought in a picture and fixed it if it wasn’t the right result without me even asking.

I went here on a mother daughter date. And was very disappointed with the service. The gentleman I had was rude because I didn’t want gel and he complained that it was just $10 more and proceeded to talk to the gentleman that was doing my daughter’s nails about me. I got a french tip and he was also mad when I told him it wasnt straight and roughly removed it to start over. I didn’t want to cause a issue since I was going with my daughter as a fun activity. But I wont be going again. And I hope to save someone else from this bad and rude service.

Pushy to get gel polish, all new staff again. I get the same pedicure and it’s administered extremely different everytime. This time components were left out. The woman called them on the fact that they weren’t going to soak her feet. Mine were not either but I assumed it would come after the polish removal and did not. The whole process was less than half the usual time. The experience was very rushed and not relaxing.
