I really like the service I received here, but they have cancelled on me too many times. Most recently, they cancelled and told me it would be two months before they could see me again. I understand that life happens, but there should be some kind of priority for cancelled clients. It was my birthday and I was going to get highlights – now I’m struggling to find a place just to get a cut before my hair gets even longer and looks even worse.

I love my experiences at H2O! Setting up an appointment is so easy! I prefer the online method but calling it in is easy as well. I greatly appreciate them because they also send texts for reminders. When I schedule my FREE bang trims, I usually call it in.

Jeanie did my nails for my engagement shoot and they look wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and helpful, and she gave me great tips about maintaining my nail health. She was great to chat with! The salon itself is clean, the staff is friendly, they offer you a complimentary drink upon arrival, and the overall environment is relaxing. Very good price for an hour long manicure service!

I had gotten my haircut for the first time in 17 months (thanks covid!!!) and I was pleased with the service. I had long thick curly hair, so I knew it was going to be “challenging” for anyone to style it. McKenna did a great job with cutting it, styling it, and making my hair look super cute. I had sooooo many compliments in the following days. H2O is a little expensive, but the service was worth every penny. When it comes time for another haircut, I’ll definitely consider H2O salon again

Wow! the BEST customer service I’ve ever received, without question!! First, I went in for a nail service the other day and I also wanted to have my eyebrows done. The owner, who does eyebrows, stopped by while I was having my nails serviced and the nail technician stated I wanted to have my eyebrows done. The owner was not available at that time to do an eyebrow service due to a prior event but gave me an awesome coupon for my next service since she was not able to assist, which she did not have to do!! Pretty awesome!
