They don’t clean up your nails after painting them. I have to go home and clean up what they should have done. The lady who did my pedicure did not do a good job at all. Definitely not worth what I paid. Pedicure, Gel manicures

Critical: CleanlinessI went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady that worked on my nails did not soak my nails or prep my cuticles in anyway. I think she was upset that I didn’t want longer nails put on. At one point she used the cuticle cutter on my dry cuticle and just pulled at the skin. So I’ve got a nice bloody/sore cuticle on my thumb.For my pedicure the other lady wanted to use the “cheese grater” thing on my feet but I declined. I’ve seen horror stories about those things. She barely scrubbed my feet my the pumice thing.I also noticed that their “sterilized” packaging for the cuticle cutters just seem to be for show. None of them were sealed. I do not recommend this place and it’s annoying that it had over 4 stars on google. Let’s see, I was in the chair for 3 hours, I was way over charged, and if I’m being honest my nails aren’t even very pretty, the ombre looks like trash, the marble looks good tho. They are very much so a basic nail salon. Dont ask for anything fancy, you’ll be disappointed.

I was a customer of David’s & followed him here to the new shop! It is very nice & clean. I stay an hour away & made it just as they were about to close, but they kindly serviced me anyway. The young lady gave me a sample of the drink which was good! David is an awesome nail tech & I will be a returning customer!

Critical: QualityI payed $50 to have two little simple designs and four days later I have 5 nails chipped and cracked and the designs looked very unpleasant! My first visit was great! I went back for a fill and was seated immediately until a client with an appointment walked in… the nail tech said to her “oh you are ealry”… the client agreed. She stopped working on me and went to her. (all she had done was filed my nails down) She told me David was on his way and was coming to finish my fill. I said okay no problem … he never came. I waited a total of 55 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE TOOK CARE OF ME!!! If it was not for my fiancé getting a pedicure I would of left (which tons of dead skin were still left on his feet)….. needless to say, he was done before I was even worked on again. I get the fact that the OTHER WOMAN had an appointment but, it was made known that she was 30 minutes early … therefore , she could of finished my fill and then got to her appointment. I was very satisfied before , but I won’t be going back!! Everyone else in there could tell that I was getting impatient! Not to mention 3 weeks ago I paid $40 for a full set and just paid $38 for a fill????? How is that logical!??

They took off some fake nails i had and it was a painful experience. i have had nails removed before but never had my nails hurt so much and looked so bad ,my nails literally were flaking off like not just breaking off but FLAKING off like layers of my nails were falling off. Idont like leaving bad reviews but its been a month and my nails still hurts, terrible job.
