Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySPA DAY with Rachel at H2O!!! Ladies and gentlemen (yes gentlemen too!): in mid-December I popped in looking for a price menu and ended up in an impromptu personal health and beauty consult with Rachel. She shared her passion for helping women feel their best and asked me questions about my own self care and what I was looking for. I didn’t know. I’d spent so much time prioritizing my kids, work, husband and others over myself I’d forgotten what I liked and wanted, what I needed to be the best me. I left her spa and kept her number with my bookwork until late January. When I called Rachel back a month later she was so excited to hear from me and got me penciled in right away. Rachel and I have been working on a wholistic approach to my health and wellness since and I couldn’t be happier. She’s amazingly supportive and is available for what her clients need. She is accommodating with my work and family schedule and continues to support and guide my personal health while respecting my financial boundaries. I’m so thankful that I randomly stopped in and invested in myself again. Rachel, Stacia and Kate have welcomed me into the spa and loved my every flaw & my every improvement, helping me regain physical strength and wellness and reminding me that every body is beautiful, even mine, and it deserves the same love and attention as everyone else in my life. SPA DAY with Rachel at H2O!!! Ladies and gentlemen (yes gentlemen too!): in mid-December I popped in looking for a price menu and ended up in an impromptu personal health and beauty consult with Rachel.
