Critical: Quality, ValueI went there for my haircut. I explained in detail what I am looking for (In the back – long pointed “V” shaped with layers, as much layers possible) and in the front is face frame from chin down. The hairstylist acknowledge that she understand all my request and she is good with that. After the cut I had to asked 2-3 times to show me some layers in back, and where is my “v” shaped haircut……. please see my before and after pic …you can decide yourself why I am so frustrated and NOT HAPPY at all with this visit.And this is not cheap hair salon to just ignore this visit……I went there for my haircut. I went there for my haircut. I explained in detail what I am looking for (In the back – long pointed “V” shaped with layers, as much layers possible) and in the front is face frame from chin down. The hairstylist acknowledge that she understand all my request and she is good with that. I’ve been taking my mom here for over 2 years. She has a walker and her overall health requires a lot of patience. We’ve been to 3 different stylists over the years and each one has been wonderful with her and given her a fantastic cut. They also offer tons of schedule options so I can take her after work or on the weekend. We are very grateful for H2H.

I needed a trim and was able to snag an appointment at H2H. I had never been before but likely won’t be going back. I had wanted a trim and said to take off split ends. It was $60 and after the haircut I still had split ends. I messaged the salon online and never heard back. I had thought maybe they’d offer to fix it but since I didn’t hear back I’m going to just go to another salon. Very disappointing!

Katie Strange was the stylist that did my bridal party’s makeup for my wedding. She arrived early to the venue. She came very well prepared. She made sure to not only ask me, the bride, what my desires were for not only myself, but my bridal party, but she also made sure everyone was pleased with the ideas and such of what was picked out. None of us really wore makeup on a regular basis. So, she was very attentive to making sure we felt comfortable and beautiful. She was very patient with us when things got a little off schedule. Overall, I have never felt that beautiful or ever been more impressed with a stylist! H2H Salon made the process very easy and very smooth. Everything was handled prior to the day of. This allowed for no stress on our big day. Stephanie was in communication with me multiple times to before to confirm details and check in. Overall, we had a great experience with the salon and our stylist. I would definitely recommend them to any future bride!
