Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHad great experiences here previously. Made an appointment for a haircut over a week ago. When I showed up the hairdresser who I had booked with was starting highlights on someone’s hair. I asked if someone else was available to cut my hair, even though they had two free hairdressers in the back nobody was “available”. What’s the point in making and confirming an appointment if the hairdresser can’t keep it? On top of everything couldn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. Had great experiences here previously. Made an appointment for a haircut over a week ago. When I showed up the hairdresser who I had booked with was starting highlights on someone’s hair. I asked if someone else was available to cut my hair, even though they had two free hairdressers in the back nobody was “available”. She’s got high standards, and that shows in her team and quality of work. I had a terrible bleach experience with what was supposed to be a high end salon in Houston back in 2012. I’ve been terrified of chemical burns and scalp damage. What’s worse is the bad experience left me feeling like I had been a bad client and communicated incorrectly.After my first consult with Haley where I shared my concerns, I felt at ease. She explained the process to me, talked about what was possible with my hair color and type, and set clear expectations. She opened my eyes to how hair can be both chemistry and art.I’ve gotten cuts, color, and styling done at H243. I even had 2 rounds now of fashion color! I’ve been for facials, and I’ve even gotten a massage. H243 is a place that makes you feel good about yourself.5-stars all around, and I’d give more if I could.
