All good things! Very patient with the work and friendly staff. Of course when it gets busy they do what they can to please all customers. The young lady does my nails and my mother we typically come in Friday mornings and she gets us in and out! Work is always very neat and we let her get creative with some free styling ! Highly recommend!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAwful awful awful! Rude staff. Upon entering no acknowledgement. When she was ready, she acted like I’m a chore or a burden. I got the worst no chip manicure ever in my life. She didn’t cut my cuticles, she didn’t even file or shape my nails. They are all different lengths and she piled on the polish to make them so thick and icky. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I arrived it was 6:00pm, it’s a husband and wife in the shop working alone, the husband started my pedicure immediately and did bare minimum service and when the wife began my nails she kept reminding me that they would have left at 6pm but I arrived, she said “come early next time” she rushed and had an attitude when I asked her to take her time and finish correctly because I’m paying for my service. Attitude was even worse after that. I would never go back!! When I arrived it was 6:00pm, it’s a husband and wife in the shop working alone, the husband started my pedicure immediately and did bare minimum service and when the wife began my nails she kept reminding me that they would have left at 6pm but I arrived, she said “come early next time” she rushed and had an attitude when I asked her to take her time and finish correctly because I’m paying for my service. Critical: QualityI used to come here literally all the time but they fell off.I’ll go there now to get my normal full set but at least one nail comes off the day after. Not reliable. I felt like I was rushed. And I usually get charged 30 for the same thing but they add there own tip in. I used to come here literally all the time but they fell off.I’ll go there now to get my normal full set but at least one nail comes off the day after. Not reliable. I felt like I was rushed. And I usually get charged 30 for the same thing but they add there own tip in. I have kids the last thing I wanna do is keep going to get my nail fixed when it should have lasted a couple days.

They did a great job, I loved how my nails turned out. It’s unfortunate that I was completely unhappy with their customer service. They had such rude attitudes towards my friend and I. There was a point where Linda practically screamed at me for trying to decide what I wanted to add to my nails. Keep in mind that it was only my friend and I; no one was waiting to get their nails done. I’m a very patient person and try to understand others but I’m unable to understand why they had to be so rude.
