I never leave reviews but I had to because I went to this nail salon for the first time today and it was truly the worst experience. First, they rushed both my friend and I into picking a nail polish color, and we went early in the afternoon when there was NO ONE else in the salon. Then, they asked specifically if I wanted a manicure with my dip polish, to which I replied yes. She did NO nail prep, soaking, cuticle trimming, or hangnail trimming whatsoever (as you can see in the photo). My “manicure” was just her applying the dip powder, doing no shaping to my nails, and then putting lotion on my hands. And they didn’t even file the dip powder enough, so it just looks way too thick on my nails. The lady I had also kept yanking my hand towards her and was SUPER rude. On top of all of that, this “manicure” cost $32… what an absolute joke. If the salon was busier, I might be more understanding, but for them to do this kind of work when it was just my friend and I in the salon with 3 other employees just sitting around on their phones was an absolute disgrace.

The only thing good is the cheap prices. The lady I had was fast rude and unprofessional. She ripped out the cuticle from my toe and didn’t even apologize after I jerked my foot. And the paraffin was so hot I almost ripped the bags off my feet. Overall one of the most unpleasant experiences iv ever had, and I get my nails done on a regular. She was awful

Very pleased with how quickly we got in for a party of four and how busy they were. They were fast and efficient and the shape of my nails is just what I asked for. Definitely recommend. Picture is edited for quality. The nails are soft pastels for Easter.

I went in for the first time to ask if they did walk ins, since they didn’t have a phone number listed online. When I walked in, the lady behind the counter aggressively asked me what I wanted, while checking a previous customer out. I thought this was quite rude and inconsiderate of the other customer. I made sure to ask if they were OK with walk ins and had time for us this evening. She nodded and asked what I wanted. While explaining what I wanted she kept interrupting me with “what you want? what she want?” and looked angry and stressed the entire time. There was quite a strong smell of chemicals in there too, much more so than other places I’ve been to. I asked if maybe now wasn’t a good time, and ended up deciding to leave. I don’t want someone acting like that handling sharp objects anywhere near me. If it’s not a good time then please calmly let me know. I will be looking for a place with happy, kind and gentle people.

Went yesterday first issue the young lady yells at us then our nails were so bad we went directly to another salon to get them fixed I was so disappointed was a go to place but you definitely get what you pay for cut my moms cuticles multiple of them! Manicure

I was happy with my trip here. They sat me right away, nail tech shaped them how I asked her to and even did an extra coat for me since 2 coats often chips quickly for me. Plus, their cost was very reasonable so I tipped extra. She was efficient but also, like others have posted, she made sure that it was not messy or sloppy. I will certainly come her again when traveling here for work.
