Do not go here! The customer service is horrible. I went for a nail repair (unable to go to my normal salon) and it was the worst decision EVER! The nail was supposed to be ombré and he made zero effort to blend the pink into the white. Then when I tried to explain it to him he caught an attitude and grabbed my finger to cut the nail off. He was focused on trying to get to another customer. Also, they do not properly sanitize their tools after each customer. Save your money and time and find another shop!!

Worst nail salon ever. Embience was OKAY at best. Nail tech just didn’t listen. I asked for specific things. She would tell me she couldn’t or wouldn’t do it. Paid for the spa pedicure with callus removal, wasn’t done well. Had to keep asking her to address Specific calluses. She would do a fake little scrub and move on. This is not what I paid for. To rub my foot and for it to not be smooth is ridiculous. I will go elsewhere and pay AGAIN for a new pedicure. Will never come here. They waste your money and time.

It’s 2023 Asian Chinese need to learn customer service like the rest of us. They be so wrong and never held accountable. They have poor customer service and they over priced . They don’t do designs, only stencil and stickers. They tried to charge me extra because my 7 year old wanted a 3rd color, no design just color was an extra 5 dollars .Had me waiting for my eyebrows, just to tell me she couldn’t do it because they want to go home. And this is not my first time going there. I’m so mad I spent any money with them.

I got my nails done here on 6/10/22. I paid $75 for a full set with colored acrylic. on 6/16/22, i went by to address the fact that almost all of my nails were lifting at the cuticle, and they offered to only repair 3 of them. by 6/18/22, 9 of my nails had popped off due to lifting. I went to have the rest of them repaired, and they said it wasn’t their fault, and that they would not be repairing my set. after a bit of arguing (they said it’s because of my natural nails, but i work in esthetics, so i know for a fact that a fully formed nail doesn’t lift at the cuticle unless the monomer is bad), they said my only option was to get a brand new set. its bad customer service all around to argue with someone who’s spending their money with you when the service performed is. simply just not satisfactory.

I had the spa pedicure and she gave me the foot lotion that came with the spa package. She made sure to ask whether I liked my nails and toes at every step and adjust as necessary. Critical: QualityI went to this salon for the first time because my regular nail salon was closed and my experience was terrible. Lam did not know how to do my nails he was rushing and was mad because the salon was closing and he was going to be the last one out. The whole time he kept saying “see everybody gone I am the last one, next time don’t come late” trying to be funny which wasn’t funny; especially because he did my nails very poorly. He did not know how to do the French tips. He asked another male employee and he said thats not how you do them and had him watch while he now did my nails. The whole time the manager, Sofia and Lam huddled around as he did my nails. He did a better job on the design which rushed on however I was not satisfied. When I got home I took a closer look at my nails there were lumps, the shape was not square it was crooked. I called back the next day and asked to speak to the manager. She knew exactly who was calling and what it was about so she offered me to come the next day to get them redone with no cost which all I wanted was a refund, I was going out of town and didn’t want to go back to them because of the experience but she kept saying it was against policy. I know she could have gave me a refund but she was too money hungry and wanted to force me to come back. The whole experience was displeasing and inconvenient. She then said when I get back she can give me a discount for a new set. How you go from a set for no cost to a discounted set lol. First of all I should be getting a full set done free of cost and a refund after all I went through and the way my nails looked. I didn’t want to return back. I will never go back to this salon again. My nails started lifting after two days and fell off. I then went back to have my nails refixed and the guy had no clue about what he was doing. He didn’t cut the nail part that had lifted, he only added more acrylic which will eventually lift again. He couldn’t figure out my correct gel correct and was applying all kinds of colors to my nails and had polish all over my hands and skin. One day later my nails started to lift again and the next day another nail fell off smh. I had to apply nail glue to hold my nails together and it hadn’t even been a week since I went to this salon to get my nails done. I asked the guy if he was nervous and he said yes. I basically wasted my money and my time at this nail salon. This was the worse experience for me. My gel polish started peeling and falling off two days after getting my nails done the first time. I just can’t believe I spent money at this nail salon to receive poor service. I am so disappointed and not happy at all.
