Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI will never go here again. RUN. I was asked to tip before service was done. My manicure was not gel. It was regular polish. I had Jenny.She did not push back my cuticles or cut them. She did not file my nails. She only removed my old black polish (poorly) used a buffer and started painting. I had the color red. She painted on my cuticles, and did not take all of the black polish off. You could still see the old nail polish on both sides of all of my nails. I asked her about this and she said that was just the color of my skin which it was not. I am a Mexican girl. She did not care at all and didn’t even fully cover my nails with the red. She did this as if she was being timed. I think she spent 10 mins Maximum. She was very attitudinal, and was in a huge hurry. I asked to her add more red where she missed and she said she couldn’t because she would be painting my skin. I wish I could take my tip away because this service was so disappointing. Will never go back. Save your money and time. People come here to relax and get a service that will help their confidence. I left stressed and disappointed.I will never go here again. RUN. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a regular manicure and the woman who helped me did not feel like working and was very rude. I chose multiple colors for an ombré look and she seemed annoyed and slammed down the nail polish after not communicating or saying anything to me. The customer service was terrible and she did not do a good job painting my nails as it seemed she was rushing through to get done. I was charged for nail art even though I only requested different colors on each nail. Not really sure why the nail tech had a bad attitude after requesting something so simple, after all I did go in to get my nails done because it is a nail salon. I chose multiple colors for an ombré look and she seemed annoyed and slammed down the nail polish after not communicating or saying anything to me.
