Called and asked how much it was for an hour massage. I was told $50. Went in for my appointment and it was $60. No problem, maybe I misheard. Slightly below average massage. There was a lot of background noise and the therapist left the room for a few minutes at a time a couple of times. Wasn’t terribly impressed, but I could have let that slide. Went to checkout and the gal asked me “how much total” I said $70, she replied “ohh do $20” and I said I couldn’t. She ran my card for $80 anyway and then I corrected her, telling her “No, $70.” She said sorry and re-ran my card… for $75. I had to correct her again and she became very rude. Ran my card and didn’t say anything, just walked away. I wanted a receipt so I stood there. She walked back out and asked me what I wanted. I told her a receipt. He handed me one and rudely walked away. I could be wrong, but I believe that they use the “language barrier” as an excuse to (try to) get away with things. Regardless, I won’t be back.

I liked the first massage that I had there but my most recent one was very uncomfortable, did not help my pain, added more tension to my neck, and the massage therapist scoffed at the small tip that I offered her because I was not satisfied and demanded a higher one, holding my card until I agreed. Will not be returning.
