The first time I came, she cut my hair, and yesterday I came back and she colored my hair. This was the first time I’ve ever colored my hair and I am absolutely in love with it!! I love H. Mack & Company! I’ve struggled with finding the right stylist for years, but I finally found her with Desiree! She’s been doing my hair for about a year and she always knocks it out of the park. Sometimes I have her work her magic with no direction and other times I bring an inspirational photo and she nails it every time! I’ve gone darker, blonder, and ashier and it’s always on trend and beautiful. She’s great at cutting my thin hair and making it look full and voluminous! Enjoyed working with Desiree. She listened to what I wanted, asked for pictures before-hand, and discussed every step with me. She also explained some at-home maintenance steps that will help my hair to maintain the color until I can see her again. She took her time and wasn’t rushed. Would definitely recommend and will be back to see her.

Desiree did my hair for the first time today. In total I had a hair cut, balayage with some low lights, and a root smudge. I originally got my hair done to feel better about myself. She kept it a surprise until the end. When she turned me around and I saw it in the mirror I cried. It was absolutely wonderful! I could not have asked for it any better. She is amazing and put up with my non stop talking well!!

I came in for highlights, but needed to come back to have the color corrected a few days later. After 5+ hours and $225, the dimensional highlights I was going for are so subtle I can’t actually find them in my hair – and neither can anyone else. The stylists are all really nice and the salon is clean and welcoming, but I don’t know that I will be back.
