Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in to get my nails done and the woman told me they would have time to do a fill and a pedicure she did not give me any direction on what to do next and so I just stood there and then she said another gentleman would help me. he was too busy playing on his phone. I asked if he would be able to help me because he continue to play on his phone and he told me I needed to sit down and put a mask on. I asked him why I had to wear a mask if he was not wearing one or any of the other employees and he said because it made his ears hurt. I told him I would go elsewhere and he told me good luck with that. Walked in to get my nails done and the woman told me they would have time to do a fill and a pedicure she did not give me any direction on what to do next and so I just stood there and then she said another gentleman would help me. he was too busy playing on his phone. Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhat happened to this place??? Used to be very friendly and hard working. Today I went in for a toe polish change. 2 people that arrived after me were taken first. I watched the main girl walk around cleaning up, lighting incense and talking to others before calling my name. Yelled at me about how I was looking through the colors, didn’t ask if I wanted a cut down and then never informed me they didn’t have a dryer. Anddddd ir was $16!!!! I have never paid that much in any salon ever!! Will never return!!! Only gave a 1 because it wouldn’t let me leave a review without a rating.What happened to this place??? What happened to this place??? Used to be very friendly and hard working. Today I went in for a toe polish change. 2 people that arrived after me were taken first. I watched the main girl walk around cleaning up, lighting incense and talking to others before calling my name. Yelled at me about how I was looking through the colors, didn’t ask if I wanted a cut down and then never informed me they didn’t have a dryer. Anddddd ir was $16!!!! Critical: Quality, ValueI was there on yesterday to get a soak off and to get a shellac manicure following that. I didn’t have the acrylic on my nails very long, it wasn’t even two weeks. This was my first time here and I wanted to get the acrylic off of my nails from a service I received elsewhere. I was hoping that I would be happy with the shellac manicure that I received there but was not. Within two hours of me leaving the nail salon, one of my nails broke. I called and spoke to someone and asked is this normal hoping that they would be accommodating and nope. I wasn’t accommodated. He just said, well that can happen depending on what you’re doing and that’s why people switch from shellac to acrylic and switch back and forth. I don’t want acrylic on my nails which is why I had them take it off. I don’t normally get acrylic on my nails, this was a one time ordeal. He didn’t offer to fix it or anything so I will not be returning. Not only that, there’s shellac polish on my skin and it looks sloppy. I was there on yesterday to get a soak off and to get a shellac manicure following that. I didn’t have the acrylic on my nails very long, it wasn’t even two weeks. This was my first time here and I wanted to get the acrylic off of my nails from a service I received elsewhere. I was hoping that I would be happy with the shellac manicure that I received there but was not. Within two hours of me leaving the nail salon, one of my nails broke.
