Called and was given a 9:45 appointment time. I arrived early, was checked in. At 10:00 the stylist I was was booked with came over to tell me she wasn’t sure who booked my appointment, but she wasn’t going to be able to do my cut today as she now only had 15 minutes before her next appointment. I was given the usual customer service “I’m sorry”. Not overly impressed with the whole situation can definitely understand the things happen but I would definitely recommend better calendar management from somebody.

There is nothing, NOTHING, like the day Amy McFadden does a cut and color. She’s better than someone who sneaks in and cleans your house for you. She’s better than waking up and magically having dropped 20 lbs, in your sleep. She’s better than an ice-cold beer on a warm afternoon, while sitting on a beach in the Mediterranean.
