Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t believe the reviews – must be employees or owner’s friends. Took a guest to treat her but was so unprofessional. The girl doing my guest’s foot massage got up to answer the phone (loudly) 3 times and at the end, when we did not add a tip because of it, she begged for one (loudly). Added a few dollars and with the experience and the demand for a tip combined – just makes me now feel like a chump and makes me really detest the place. Prior to checkout I would have just been annoyed, but now I feel a need to warn potential customers. The guy doing my massage started 20 minutes after my appt time (and ironically, I had called to ask for noon appointments but they asked for 11:30 – and he showed up at 11:50). I understand soaking for a few minutes, but 20 minutes is unfair to call it and charge for a 60 minute massage. It’s too bad, too, cuz it is a fantastic idea (gone wrong). I could have been a weekly customer with a guest but will have to find a place who can arrange for someone to answer phones instead of taking away my service time. Zero for two.
