Critical: Professionalism, ValueI drove two hours away to get a haircut because curly hair stylists and salons are not easy to come by. I called ahead of time to ask how my hair should be because, normally, the stylist will reach out and explain what state your hair should be in for the best results. So that was the first red flag. When I called I was told that there would be a dry cut then a wash and style. I literally walked in, sat down for ten minutes, then I was done. DONE. I was blown away at how comfortable the stylist was with treating me like that. She could see my hair needed a cut and wash. She had all this advice but put none of it into action. I looked on there instagram page, the Products they use are Good quality and Good ingredients but definitely are not for every hair type. I’ll never come back.
