I waited about two months to get an appointment with Kylie for my nails. She moved salons and didn’t tell me and then double booked my appointment so when I got to Gypsy studio she was doing someone else’s nails. She asked me to come back 1 1/2 hours later as if I just had all day. I couldn’t do that because my kids had all kinds of stuff going on. When I messaged her to share my frustration and see if she could make it right, she told me to find a new nail tech. So unprofessional and passively rude. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend.
