I drove an hour round trip 3 days before my appointment just to have the hair stylist, Mindy, look at my hair closely, and I took several pictures of the vibrant red color I wanted for her to look at. I spent $400 and an entire day there to come out with practically the same color hair I went in with. She knew I was unhappy. The next business day, I called her to let her know that I just could not live with the hair color because I had spent so much on her services to not get something at least CLOSE to what I had wanted.

From the first appointment she was great. Over the last year we have gotten to know each other and when I left from my last appointment, I knew she had given me the exact color and cut that I wanted and love.
