I haven’t been to this salon in years. I love the people there everyone is nice and educated and wanting to always learn about new client’s hair. I had Chelsi and she did my poor damaged hair justice. She was also very helpful in recommending products to my hair. Also got a deep conditioning which is sooo great for helping my hair.

I was going to type up a big long review, but I’ll keep it short. Unprofessional staff, the haircut was not great, overall attitude there is “just give us your money and GTFO.” They have great reviews, but don’t waste your time. I came out looking just like my stylist. Meaning, my hair looked terrible and the cut did nothing for me and looked even worse after she styled it- but it was styled just like hers. Got it fixed elsewhere and I’m thrilled now. There are lots of other places to go to spend that kind of money.

So I haven’t had my hair professionally done in years, I have always been nervous with other people doing my hair especially with color ( I have been licensed cosmetologist for over 20 yrs, just don’t do exotic colors). I had heard that Gypsy Rose Salon was supposed to be really good with doing bright colors like I wanted. I was there for 5 hours, I do like the haircut even though I have to get used to the bangs, but my hair is not even close to what I asked for, as you can see in t he pictures. I paid way more than it is worth and all they had to say was they were sorry. They could of reimbursed me a little bit to be able to g et it fixed, but of course that isn’t gonna happen…Anyways, I will definitely tell people this is not the place to go if you want fantasy color. I guess I learned my lesson AGAIN…haha

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My stylist did a wonderful job with my hair. I thought my hair was a lost cause but now it’s shiny, thick, the color is awesome, and the cut is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Gypsy Rose Salon!!

I’ve had 1 haircut and 1 blowout. Both times I had to wait for my stylist to finish another client. The first time was about 20 min and the second was 15. I also referred a friend and she had to wait 20 min and also received a text asking her if she needed to reschedule even though she was sitting there waiting. I also was not warned that asking for curls in the blowout appointment was a $20 up charge. I would have kindly declined and curled myself later had I known versus surprised at checkout. Otherwise, I liked my haircuts and styles.

I had the absolute BEST experience today at Gypsy Rose Salon. I went in wanting highlights around my face and a good haircut, and Kryssy P. exceeded my highest expectations. She is the absolute kindest person and makes you feel right at home and safe in her hands. Whether you’re just going for a haircut (which she somehow transforms my hair into a silky glow), or you’re wanting to try something new for color, you will forever make the right choice with Kryssy! I’m posting from my husbands account, but I drove 30 minutes to this salon after booking an appointment online. I got there and said I wanted my already dark hair even darker and then the 2 blonde chunks I have to be purple. It took them like 20 minutes of discussing what to do until the manager told me that Laura couldn’t do it because she can’t do fashion colors. Why? Did she not go to cosmetology school?
