Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWe made appointments for our 3 children the day before. When we arrived, we were told that another customer from earlier that day was on her way and that when she arrived the “stylist” would have to stop cutting our daughter’s hair to do hers. Then she said that she didn’t know that the appointment was for 3 different kids, when it was made very clear the day before that it was. I even received text confirmation with all 3 of our kid’s names.We told that would not work for us and that we would go elsewhere. At that point a customer in another chair offered to wait, while the stylist cutting her hair could help us.The first “stylist’s” customer arrived while she was cutting our daughter’s hair and when she was done our daughter’s bangs were about as straight as Florida’s west coast. It wasn’t even close to being straight or clean cut.COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Thankfully the other stylist was able to fix it and we will never be back.I believe Mia was the stylist who cut/fixed our daughter’s hair. When we arrived, we were told that another customer from earlier that day was on her way and that when she arrived the “stylist” would have to stop cutting our daughter’s hair to do hers.
