This is the worst trim I have ever received in my life. A trim comes with the relaxer service and Gwen ended up giving me uneven layers and a bad cut. I honestly feel that she is too seasoned in her craft to make an amateur mistake like this and it would have to be done intentionally out of malice. I have to wear wigs and weave now because my hair will no longer fit into a ponytail. She uses great products and she has punctuality, but playing with a women’s self esteem and image is a despicable practice.

Gewn was an amazing hairstylist and a fun person to be around! Yesterday I was calling around to see if anyone could do a short notice hair cut, and Gewn was able to book me on such short notice. She was able to perfectly execute the look I was going for from only a couple photos.
