If you’re pregnant, don’t come here. I’m about 8 months pregnant and was looking to get a pre-natal massage. I called in advance to make sure that they offer the pre-natal service, and they assured me yes. When they escorted me into the room, I noticed there was no special pre-natal massage setup. I’m so grateful that I had previously gotten a pre-natal massage elsewhere because I knew there was supposed to be a large pillow to lean on, but there was nothing on the massage bed. When I asked about the special pillow, the massage therapist pulled out a flimsy *foot* pillow and placed it as a footrest. At that point I said I was uncomfortable and then left. It was very clear they did not have experience with pre-natal massages and this is extremely dangerous for pregnant ladies — my unborn baby and I could have been seriously hurt if I didn’t know any better. There are so many special modifications that need to be made for a pre-natal massage (e.g. lay on side instead of back, avoid certain pressure points that can trigger labor, etc). For a normal massage, GW Natural Spa might be fine, but it’s not ok that they claim they offer pre-natal services…for your own safety, if you are pregnant it’s best to avoid this place.

Amazing! Yesterday was my first time there, and it was so refreshing to have simplicity (no paperwork to fill out beforehand or pushing memberships). I had a couples massage with my partner and it was the best massage we have had in New York. Lisa and Lilly are great! And to top it off, it was $45 per person for a 60 minute massage which just can’t be beat on Long Island. I’ve been to other places on LI that charge more than double the amount, and have left feeling like it was lackluster.

This place was terrible. There was no ambiance whatsoever, and I was supposed to get 30 minutes and only got 25. I asked the woman to be gentle and she didn’t listen to me whatsoever and instead banged hot rocks and a towel on my back. The massage itself was not good and I ended up in more pain when I walked out than when I walked in.
