Went in for a no chip manicure, won’t be going back. Usually a manicure is supposed to be relaxing and this was the total opposite. I had a bad acrylic job that left my nails very thin and sensitive, I told the nail tech this hoping she would be gentle, total opposite! The nail tech was very rough and filed my nails along with my cuticle and got nail polish all over the cuticle. She just slapped lotion on and a ton of cuticle oil and sent me on my way. I had to use hand sanitizer to remove some of it. The first time ever that I did not tip. It was the worst. Would love to remove the polish but don’t want to damage my nails anymore.

I can only assume the bad reviews are from when they had previous management and workers– had Issac a couple times and will only go to him (or his bro who also works there-) but love how Issac is very artistic in his work- I chose this design and he did amazing!!! I can only assume the bad reviews are from when they had previous management and workers– had Issac a couple times and will only go to him (or his bro who also works there-) but love how Issac is very artistic in his work- I chose this design and he did amazing!!! As a Saturday walk in at 4:15 for a 6:00pm close to see about a no-chip mani and regular pedi. Told no because they close at 5:00pm. Not cool but fine, I’ll do just the mani. With my nails needing no cutting or polished removed, the lackluster treatment began…she only used water, no gentle cleanser to soak, she didn’t push the cuticles back, was sloppy, didn’t do the ends of the nails or massage my hands and barely put on any oil after. Disappointing …and felt rushed out the door. So I was willing to try again and scheduled a pedi for Monday 10am.

Just left this place and my friend had the worst experience. The technician was extremely rude! She kept grabbing her hand forcibly. She tried making conversation with her and she just had a blank negative look. That is extremely unwelcoming in. After a few coats of the no chip polish she started to notice the polish was coming off at the edge of the nail. She told the technician and it was like she didn’t even care. The technician tried redoing the nails and the polish kept coming off. Clearly there was something wrong with it. The owner said he would remove the nail polish my friend did not want the original technician grabbing her hands anymore. When my friend got to the owner so he could remove the polish he told her she messed up the mail from hitting the uv light. My friend told him she did not she had her hands flat under the light. My friend started to share the experience she had with the technician and he told her to leave! This was so unprofessional of the business. It was even more unfortunate since we had this mani pedi nail date planned. Definitely will NEVER be returning back here.

I had to edit my review because Isaac continues to AMAZING work on my nails. He goes above and beyond. I just recently had these flower nails done and I am oh so in love with them. Isaac is so attentive to detail and he takes his time to ensure his work is top notch. He also did my pedicure afterwards, which he normally does not do but GIRL that was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. That man works wonders. He’s the only person I will go to so if you’re looking for a nail tech Isaac is it!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. I had been seeing Andy, who was amazing, but he’s moved on apparently. I came in yesterday 12/22 for a pedicure and a fill, with a Christmas design. When I got home and really looked at it, it was clear the polish was too thick, making the nails look misshapen and clunky. I asked for a design, and Kelly just put a decal on that started lifting immediately. I came back today for a polish change, and explained the situation, after agreeing to just a normal color no design, I was squeezed in. Well Long had extra time and offered to put on a Christmas design. They turned out beautiful, and I typed $20. I fully expected to pay for the design, as that was extra, but let me tell you, I was NOT expecting to have to pay $40 for a polish change and some snowflakes. The gentlemen at the counter said he already gave me $5 off, and that was it. I’m furious, and will not be returning. Terrible customer service for someone who has spent a LOT if money here..

I made two appointments for classic mani/pedis and my sister was already nearly done by the time they started my pedicure. The pedicure is honestly fine, but the manicure is by far the worst I’ve ever had. It felt rushed and uncomfortable, as it was given, sitting twisted to the side in the pedicure chair. The application was extremely uneven and the layers were applied without giving the last coat time to dry, meaning it smudged the second I walked out the door. Definitely won’t be returning.

Very disappointed in this salon. I booked an appointment via phone, but they had no record when I arrived. I wasn’t in a huge rush, so I waited. The gentleman who did my nails was clearly not trained well. It was the quickest, most basic pedicure I’ve had. And my cuticles bled. I approached them about this and they were unapologetic and didn’t seem to care. No discount, no sorry, just an overall terrible experience.

Everybody in the salon is so kind and makes sure that you get the best service possible. I had Isaac do my nails and he went above and beyond with the design. It turned out sooo much better than the reference picture. FIVE STARS!!

I’m new in the area and it’s hard finding places to do your nails each time we relocate.I found this place when I went to the shopping center and went in to see if they do walk in.The took me in and take care of me without a hardtime.Looks clean and very nice employees.The guy at the front was nice and treat me with respect even if I did not made an appoitment.Got a pedicure and full set, Nancy was great and nice , she did a great job on my nails. Even fix my toes after I mess them up without a fuss.Everyone was wearing their mask the right way too! I highly recommend this place to everyone.
